Mandarin Chinese
Learn Mandarin Chinese Saturdays this Fall while having fun! Take part in an easy and entertaining immersion program using songs, music, and games with Native speakers. The program series will start on September 25th and run through December 11th. (It will not meet Columbus Day weekend or during Thanksgiving Day weekend) All program sessions will be held in the Community Room, & are FREE.
There will be three sessions (drop-in):
10:30-11:00 am- 6 months-3 year olds
11:00-11:45 am – 3 year olds-5 year olds
11:45- 12:30 – 5 year olds- 8 year olds

The Library now has 4 ipads ~ 2 upstairs & 2 downstairs. Check them out at either Circulation Desk and take them for a test drive!

What should I read next...?
We are getting in a lot of great new titles...and have a wealth of favorites to choose from in the Children's deaprtment.
Sometimes it can be hard to decide what to read next...! Please don't hesitate to ask any of us for book suggestions, or to request a title for you which might be checked out. (Usually we can get these titles into your hands pretty quickly)
We have compiled a large notebook of suggested reads across the different genres for you to browse and are featuring different booklists, book displays, and genres on a rotating basis in the Children's department.
